Danielle has a wealth of experience in the Property Management industry, starting in 2005, predominantly on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. This has provided her with the opportunities to expand and acquire the tools and resources required to expertly manage your investment property.

Danielle draws upon a range of personal qualities in her work, specifically, her dedication, kindness and hard-work ethics, to deliver a high level of customer care and understanding. She believes that constant communication between clients is an essential part of being a professional Property Manager.

Just wanted to pass on some feedback in regards to Danielle & Erik. Nadia & I recently moved into 7/58 Ocean View Drive, Wamberal and despite a few small issues (which always arise in a new tenancy), I must say we have had a great experience so far. At the initial viewing of the property with Erik, I found him to be very professional, polite and well spoken. He negotiated with the owner on our behalf to secure us the lease term and price we wanted and was so helpful answering all our questions. He even signed the lease up with us as Nadia and I had limited availability to come in which didn’t align with Danielle’s – great team work. After moving in, we have had a few small issues with our hot water not working for the first few days and Danielle is currently investigating an issue we’re having with the carpet in the spare room. Being property managers ourselves, we understand how challenging the role can be but we have found Danielle to be so helpful and easy to deal with. We’re very excited to be living in the property and dealing with your team. Please pass on this feedback to Danielle & Erik as they’re doing a fantastic job.
